How Indian PM Dr.M.Singh (a reformer) can beleive this man (G.P.Koirala)? ; who atlast admit that from several angle during emergency period create "Disturbance". Even some newsman ~ including Prof.S.D.M (Former Faculty of JNU's IIS) that Koirala hijacked RAW thinktank !!( probably the last baston of Indian Intelligence).
